Neuroscience Faculty

Students in the Neuroscience and Public Policy program pursue Ph.D. research in the Neuroscience Training Program, one of the oldest graduate programs in neuroscience in the country. The faculty members in the Program pursue research that spans molecular, cellular, systems, and behavioral neuroscience. Among the broad areas represented in the Training Program are:

  • Brain and Behavior
  • Cell Death
  • Computational Modeling
  • Development
  • Disease
  • Integrative Circuits
  • Intra- and Intercellular Signaling
  • Membrane Excitability
  • Motor Systems
  • Neurogenetics
  • Neuroimmunology
  • Plasticity and Regeneration
  • Sensory Systems
  • Sensory Transduction
  • Synaptic and Receptor Systems
