Last but not least, many scientists would like to be involved in public policy, but don’t know how to start. The N&PP doesn’t just teach you how to do so, but provides you the space and support to do so in a way that’s minimally disruptive or contentious given the pressure of working on cutting-edge research. This program sets the standard for training versatile scientists who can use their knowledge to make a difference.
